Goalkeeper diving save

A goalkeeper's dive is one of the most athletic moves in sports. The stretch from a standing position to full horizontal extension happens in under 0.3 seconds. Professional goalkeepers face shots traveling at 80-130 km/h and must read the kicker's body language before the ball is struck. The goal is 7.32 meters wide and 2.44 meters tall — far too large for one person to cover, which is why positioning and anticipation matter more than reflexes.
