Space Shuttle launch

The Space Shuttle launched 135 times between 1981 and 2011. At liftoff, its two solid rocket boosters and three main engines produced 31 million newtons of thrust, burning through 500,000 gallons of liquid hydrogen and oxygen in eight minutes.
