The tradition of building snowmen goes back to the Middle Ages in Europe. The earliest documented snowman appears in a manuscript from 1380 in The Hague. In 1809, a giant snowman in Milwaukee stood over 6 meters tall. The classic three-ball snowman with a carrot nose, coal eyes, and top hat became popular through illustrations in the 1800s. This coloring page shows a friendly cartoon snowman with a scarf and stick arms, with clean lines ready to print.
