Stegosaurus

Stegosaurus lived during the Late Jurassic period, around 155 to 150 million years ago. Despite being 9 meters long and weighing up to 5 tonnes, its brain was remarkably small for its body. The two rows of bony plates along its back may have been used for display, temperature regulation, or both — the plates contained networks of blood vessels. The real weapon was its tail: four sharp spikes called the thagomizer, capable of delivering lethal blows to predators like Allosaurus.
