Reindeer

Reindeer are the only deer species where both males and females grow antlers, though males shed theirs in winter while females keep theirs through spring. Their eyes change color with the seasons — golden in summer, deep blue in winter — to take in more light during the long Arctic night. Reindeer can also see ultraviolet light, which helps them spot lichen and predators against the snow.
